Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my firsthand experience in the healthcare industry. I witnessed seniors receiving care that lacked consistency and a personal touch. This motivated me to create a business that prioritizes genuine, compassionate care. Knowing I can bring peace of mind to families and make a real difference in their lives inspires me daily. My passion for improving the standard of care and creating meaningful connections is the driving force behind everything I do.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on the impact my work has on others. Knowing that I’m providing families with peace of mind and ensuring seniors receive compassionate, personalized care fuels my passion. Seeing the positive difference I make in people’s lives reminds me why I started this journey. I also set goals, celebrate small wins, and surround myself with supportive people who encourage me to keep moving forward, even when challenges arise.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would invest in expanding my business to enhance the care and services we provide. This would include hiring and training dedicated staff to ensure high-quality, personalized care, upgrading equipment and resources to better support clients, and implementing new programs focused on improving client well-being. Additionally, I would allocate funds to community outreach and marketing to reach more families in need, further growing our impact and mission.
