How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated because if I don’t make an impact, who will? My ‘why’ keeps me going—knowing people need my help to build wealth through real estate and that God has a purpose I’m not done fulfilling. I’m also on a mission to help my little brother regain his health. Every day is a chance to make a difference and move closer to those goals.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I win the $25,000 prize, I’ll invest in equipment to create more educational content that empowers people through real estate. I’ll donate to charity and use the funds to help those struggling financially by giving them a path to build wealth through fractional real estate investments. Every dollar will go toward making a lasting impact.
