What is the Entrepreneur of Impact?
Learn MoreMy inspirations are Gregory Hines, Sammy Davis, Jr and my two tap dance mentors, NYC’s finest, Jason Samuels Smith and Jared Grimes. My tap dance mentors have also taught me so much about life. It’s been an amazing journey with my mentors and hearing about their achievements, their lives, and their success! My plan is to follow my vision and achieve success!
How do you stay motivated?I stay motivated tap dancing with my quintet band Zac Starr’s Synchronize Band and my trio band Zac Starr’s Trio Band and the jazz funk/rap band Steeltown Horns & Big Jus. I also perform solo shows at nursing homes, senior centers, and senior living residences. I practice tap dancing and singing everyday. I’m always busy looking for new performance opportunities. I also teach tap dancing at two dance studios. I love what I do, and all of this motivates me!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would travel to different countries and find opportunities to make myself known throughout the world! My goal is to bring back the old style tap dance movies modernized and to keep some of the legends like Sammy Davis, Jr., Gregory Hines, Fred Estaire, and Gene Kelly, some of the best entertainers of all time, legacies alive!
