Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration is my community and my family. I grew up seeing talented people with creative ideas but limited opportunities to turn those ideas into real income. That motivates me to build something bigger than just a print shop. Rastas Customs is about creating opportunity, teaching skills, and showing young people and entrepreneurs that creativity can become a business. I want to be an example that you can build something meaningful from the ground up.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. Rastas Customs is not just about printing shirts. It is about building a future for myself, my family, and my community. When people come into my shop excited to see their ideas come to life, it reminds me that the work matters. Coaching youth and mentoring others also pushes me to keep going, because I know people are watching and believing in what I am building.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 would take Rastas Customs to the next level by creating an interactive showroom where people can come in, design, and press their own apparel for a real experience. I would invest in more equipment to grow production and bring more jobs to Kokomo. Most importantly, it would help me launch my prison mission, teaching printing skills and creating second chances for people who deserve a fresh start.
