Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is the pursuit of #CreatingExtraordinaryEvents. Many production companies simply complete the job and move on to the next one. They do not strive a long-term relationship with the client. For me, it is far more than that. My experiences with other companies showed me how not to operate and how not to treat people. Those lessons shaped my approach and reinforced my commitment to do the opposite. I built my company on that principle.

How do you stay motivated?

My biggest motivation is hearing clients tell us how easy we make it look. Many say we are far easier to work with than their previous production partners. We handle last-minute changes with a smile and thrive in those moments. Nothing is more rewarding than repeat clients who come back year after year, often reaching out to us first to start planning their next project.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, my first priority would be doing something meaningful for my team. They consistently go above and beyond to make every event exceptional. A suite at a Texas Rangers game or a special team dinner would show how much they are valued. Next, I would invest in improving warehouse processes and storage flow. Finally, I would purchase a new production element that excites clients and expands our rental offerings.
