Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My father. He left a small village and built his life in a big city in India with no playbook. I left that big city for a bigger country. Same journey, different scale. I watched him navigate systems he didn't understand and never wait for permission. That's entrepreneurship without calling it that. When I'm selling into an industry that doesn't know me or pitching investors who've never heard my name, I think about him. If he could build from zero, so can I.

How do you stay motivated?

I talk to customers. Every conversation with a PM drowning in spreadsheets reminds me why this matters. I mentored 31+ founders and watched some quit when things got hard. The difference was never talent. It was staying connected to the problem. I work inside construction tech daily. I see the pain. That proximity keeps me hungry. When motivation dips, I find another customer conversation. Reality is the best fuel.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Three things. First, fly to meet our paid pilot customers in person, sit in their trailers, watch them work, and understand exactly where our product breaks. Second, attend two more construction industry events to fill our pipeline and validate pricing face-to-face. Third, extend our runway by one month, which means one more month of learning before we raise. Every dollar goes into getting closer to customers. No fancy office, no swag. Just conversations that turn into contracts.
