I’ve always been inspired by entrepreneurs who turn bold ideas into real-world impact. Watching every episode of Dragon's Den and Shark Tank growing up showed me how innovation, resilience, and problem-solving can shape industries. That mindset pushed me to build VxV Solutions and lead Casambi Project Services Canada, introducing smarter, wireless technologies that are helping transform Canada’s built environment.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by seeing real impact. Through VxV Solutions, our team has delivered 800+ projects—from arenas to healthcare facilities—using wireless controls and intelligent systems to modernize buildings. Knowing that each project reduces energy use while improving how people experience spaces keeps me driven. I’m also motivated by mentoring young professionals entering construction and engineering, helping them think creatively about the future of our built environment.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest it in hiring and training young talent at VxV Solutions and Casambi Project Services Canada. The goal is to empower the next generation of critical thinkers in construction and engineering—giving them hands-on exposure to wireless controls, IoT building technologies, and sustainable design. Supporting emerging professionals strengthens the talent pipeline and accelerates the adoption of smarter, energy-efficient buildings across Canada.
