Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration is my sister, Aisha. When she underwent a heart transplant, our family experienced firsthand the reality of critical illness, disability, and the possibility of losing someone you love. It showed me how devastating those moments can be emotionally and financially. That experience shaped my career. Today I dedicate my work to helping families and business owners prepare for life’s unexpected events so they can protect their finances, their companies, and their family.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on impact and constant growth. Every business owner I help protect their company, reduce taxes, or secure their family’s future reminds me why the work matters. I also believe in discipline outside the office - training at the gym, setting ambitious goals, and surrounding myself with high performers keeps my mindset sharp and focused on building something meaningful.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would allocate $25,000 to grow my business so I can educate and protect more families and business owners. Many are unaware of strategies to safeguard their income, businesses, and loved ones. I’d expand educational content, workshops, and tools across Canada. 50% would be donated to Canadian Blood Services to support organ donation, and 50% reinvested to strengthen family protection and financial literacy.
