Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by people who start with very little but still choose to build something meaningful instead of settling. What drives me isn’t just success, it’s the ability to do something different, to take risks when there is uncertainty, and to create something that actually lasts. I respect builders who keep going when it’s uncomfortable, because that’s usually where the biggest opportunities are. That’s the standard I try to hold myself to.

How do you stay motivated?

I don’t always feel motivated, and I’ve learned that’s normal. What helps is having a clear sense of what I’m working toward and reminding myself why I started in the first place. I focus on staying consistent, even when it’s not exciting, and making small progress every day. Over time, that builds momentum, and once you have that, it’s far easier to keep going.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d use it primarily for customer acquisition and accessing higher-quality datasets that aren’t currently available to me. Better data directly improves the accuracy and usefulness of AI models, especially in real estate where insights depend on depth and quality. At the same time, I’d invest in targeted acquisition to get real users interacting with the product early, so I can refine it based on actual behavior, not assumptions.
