Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My greatest inspiration in business comes from seniors who deserve to age with dignity and respect after a lifetime of contributing to society. Working on the frontlines of healthcare in Canada exposed me to both the strengths and gaps in senior care, inspiring me to build solutions rather than accept the status quo. Through Adi Care, I focus on creating compassionate, sustainable models like affordable shared living and the Happiness Plan to improve quality of life for seniors.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering the real impact our work has on people's lives, especially seniors who depend on compassionate care and dignity in their later years. Seeing residents happy, safe, and respected gives purpose to everything we build. My journey from frontline healthcare worker to entrepreneur also reminds me that persistence and vision can create meaningful change. That responsibility keeps me focused, resilient, and driven every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I would invest it in integrating AI-driven solutions into senior care to improve safety, health monitoring, and daily support for residents. A portion would also be used to expand our Happiness Plan, which focuses on emotional wellbeing, social engagement, and meaningful activities for seniors. My goal is to combine technology and compassionate care to create a safer, happier, and more dignified life for the elderly
