Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is the life I knew I never wanted to return to. Growing up around instability and abuse pushed me to build something different. When I started my moving company at 18 with a few high-school friends, the goal wasn’t just money—it was independence and creating opportunity for the people around me. Seeing my friends earn real income and watching customers move into new chapters of their lives reminds me why I built this.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering where I started and how far we’ve come. At 18 it was just a few friends, hard work, and long drives across Colorado. Now we’ve helped thousands of customers and built a business that supports the same people who stood beside me early on. Every job we complete represents progress—another family helped, another opportunity created. That responsibility keeps me focused and moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I grew up in a house where survival came before opportunity. The $25,000 wouldn’t be a reward—it would be fuel. I’d reinvest it directly into expanding my moving company across Colorado: better equipment, reliable trucks, and more work for the friends who helped build this from nothing. What started as a way to escape a painful past became a real business. This would help us grow it into something even bigger.
