Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by leaders who connect inner wisdom with real-world impact—people like Thich Nhat Hanh and modern social entrepreneurs who build businesses that serve humanity for the greater impact. Their work reminds me that leadership isn’t only about growth or profit, but about cultivating clarity, compassion, and responsibility while creating systems that support healthier communities and a more peaceful world.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation comes from purpose and practice. Meditation helps me stay grounded, clear, and resilient even when building a business feels uncertain. I’m driven by the belief that healthier leaders create healthier communities. When I see people reconnect with purpose, gain confidence, or build meaningful work through our programs, it reminds me why this mission matters and keeps me moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The funding would support expanding our mindful leadership programs and community events, such as the Mindful Impact Forum, helping us reach more emerging leaders. It would also help us improve our digital learning infrastructure, produce educational content, and offer scholarships for equitable wellbeing so people from diverse backgrounds can access training in mental wellbeing, ethical leadership, and purpose-driven entrepreneurship globally.
