Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from seeing a need and stepping in to fill it. When there is a gap in services or support, I feel a responsibility to respond. I’m driven by a desire to live in the autonomy God intended for me—using my gifts to do meaningful work. Passion projects that truly matter require time, freedom, and commitment. That freedom to serve, build, and create solutions is what continually inspires me.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation is simple: get the job done, no matter what. I’ve learned to operate beyond myself because this work isn’t about me. The marketplace has real needs, and Wesley Consulting Solutions exists to meet them—supplying the demand. I could share many personal stories, but the bottom line is ensuring people receive the strategy, support, and results they need to move forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 would significantly help cover my operational costs and enable me to establish a stable workspace. I am currently pursuing an office space that costs about $1,000 per month, which would cover a full year of rent. This funding would also allow me to purchase essential equipment for high-quality virtual meetings and daily operations, including a professional desk, ergonomic chair, and the technology needed to effectively serve clients and grow my business.
