Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Everyday entrepreneurs inspire me most. The ones who take real risks to build something meaningful, from the ground up. Their resilience, creativity, and ability to keep pushing forward even through uncertainty reminds me to show up better every single day. I'm also driven by a bigger idea: that business can do more than generate profit. It can create opportunity, build connection, and genuinely strengthen the communities we're part of.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on impact. When a client hits a milestone they once thought was out of reach, it reinforces why I started. I hold myself to a simple standard: show up better than I did yesterday. Even on hard days, I move forward-progress over perfection. Staying connected to the bigger vision and surrounding myself with driven people keeps me grounded and energized.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Put it back into the people before the business. A significant portion would go straight into our Local Spotlight initiative - giving BC entrepreneurs the visibility, confidence, and opportunity they've been working too hard in silence for. The rest would strengthen our foundation so we can continue showing up for our community at a higher level. We're not just growing a business, we're setting a new standard. Proving that putting people first is the strategy.
