Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My greatest inspiration in business is my father. He built a limousine company from the ground up and showed me that success comes from integrity, strong work ethic, and treating every client with respect. After he passed away, I stepped in to continue the business he created. His example continues to guide me as I work to grow Jefferson Corporate Limos while honoring the legacy of service and professionalism he built.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the decision I made to bet on myself. I walked away from a stable corporate career to pursue entrepreneurship because I wanted to see what was possible if I committed fully and refused to quit. Building Jefferson Corporate Limos hasn’t been easy, but every challenge reminds me that growth comes from persistence. The opportunity to build something meaningful while continuing the legacy my father started pushes me to keep showing up and keep moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, I would allocate $18,000 toward working capital for Jefferson Corporate Limos, including driver pay, fuel, maintenance, insurance, and permits to maintain reliable service. I would use $7,000 for legal support to resolve outstanding life insurance matters related to my late father. This would stabilize operations and allow me to focus fully on growing the business he built.
