My inspiration came from the passion to create meals and recipes I love creating new menus and recipes that stands out creatively from my own experiences .i was inspired too own a restaurant and food trucks when i first came to Canada 🇨🇦 inn 2017 when i realized they were no Barbados 🇧🇧 restaurants or food here . I worked towards the goal of opening a take out restaurant and accomplished it in 2024 November 30th now am about to open the doors of a new location sometime in the near future.

I always stay motivated by remembering the dream I had lost lots of family and friends by being so dedicated to the business I realized that only person that can see your vision is you and that keeps me motivated bring the dreams to reality

I would start my business into a franchise and continue building restaurants from the floor up also training staff and owners in portion control and kitchen safety and continuing to give back to the community ,school and colleges with my volunteer program
