Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from lived experience and the power of behavioural and lifestyle change in sustained recovery. I’m deeply inspired by the intersection of recovery, movement, and community—the idea that we don’t just remove substances, we replace them with connection, purpose, and vitality. That we train our bodies, strengthen our minds, and reconnect spiritually in a way that becomes sustainable.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by helping others navigate their pathways. Seeing people step into alignment—physically, mentally, and spiritually—keeps me grounded in purpose. This work is bigger than me. It’s about impact, ripple effects, and building something that changes lives in a real, sustainable way.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Every dollar would go directly into non-profit Sober ActivAte Complex Ltd. to expand access to holistic recovery-oriented, transformational support and services. It would help us continue to build and provide the structure—literally and figuratively—for individuals to rebuild themselves from the inside and out, and their lives from the ground up..
