Who or what is your inspiration in business?

All the amazing coaches/entrepreneurs I’ve worked with over the years. They have paved the way for me and shown me what’s possible. Including the idea, “why not me?” We have the capacity to change the world and the women I aspire to have impacted thousands of others who then go on to impact even more people. They remind me that it’s not just possible for a select few, but it’s possible for me and my clients too.

How do you stay motivated?

I’m enthusiastically curious. I’m always learning. I listen to podcasts, take courses, belong to programs and communities, read books, and talk to people. I get inspired to make a difference, learn about new cool inventions/concepts, different ways of doing something, perspectives, etc. I move my body to get energy out, meditate to ground and focus inward, and use positive affirmations to lift myself up. Gratitude is also super motivating, as is joy 🤗

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use it to branch out from the US to Europe. We need mindful leaders across the globe, so while I will continue making a difference in NY, this money will help me kickstart my business in Amsterdam. I can use it to generate new leads via ads and new workshops, engage new audience through unique collaborations, and maybe even get some help through a VA or a specialist like website design, YouTube videos, or a marketing consultant.
