Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

One of my biggest inspirations is Tony Robbins, along with other visionary leaders who believe that true leadership begins within. They emphasize that mindset, clarity, and EQ are the foundation of meaningful success. What resonates with me most is the idea that leadership is not just about strategy, but about translating insights into deliberate action that drives meaningful and lasting results. This philosophy strongly aligns with my own work to think global, lead emotional, grow sustainable.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by staying aligned with purpose and maintaining balance in how I live and work. I believe leadership starts from within, so I intentionally integrate wellness practices, reflection, and activities that keep my mind clear and my energy grounded. At the same time, I stay curious and continuously learn following trends in business, neuroscience, and biohacking. For me, impact means much more than recognition. Knowing that my work creates meaningful change in someone’s life.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, I would invest it in expanding leadership and communication programs that equip professionally, especially women. A portion of the funds would also be donated to orphanage centers in my home country, Moldova, supporting children with access to education, resources, and opportunities for a brighter future.
