Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the communities I serve. Growing up, I saw how a lack of financial knowledge and resources can limit opportunities. That drives me to build businesses and programs that create access, education, and ownership. I’m inspired by the next generation of leaders who just need guidance, exposure, and someone who believes in their potential.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by results that change lives. I’ve had the opportunity to help someone go from homelessness to becoming a future homeowner, and that’s the kind of impact that fuels me. It shows me what’s possible when people are given the right tools and support. That’s why I stay committed to creating access, building financial confidence, and helping others win long-term.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into expanding youth financial literacy and workforce readiness programs through Y.O.U.T.H. The funding would help provide laptops, learning materials, and mentorship opportunities for young people ages 12–21. It would also support workshops that teach entrepreneurship, budgeting, and career development, ensuring youth gain real-world skills that prepare them for long-term success.
