Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is the single mother working two jobs who still finds the time to invest in her future. It's the young man who was told he'd never amount to anything and proves the world wrong. It's every student who walks into Bloodline Academy with doubt in their eyes and walks out with a certificate in their hand and fire in their spirit. My community inspires me every single day. When I see people transform their lives through education and opportunity, I know exactly why I do what I do.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. On the hard days, I think about the student who had no plan before Bloodline Academy, and now has a thriving career in healthcare. I think about the families that are being taken care of because someone made the decision to bet on themselves. I also stay motivated by staying connected to my students, their wins are my wins, their breakthroughs fuel me, and their success reminds me that what we are building here truly matters.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 would be invested directly back into the growth and impact of Bloodline Academy. First, I would expand our facility and upgrade our clinical training equipment to give students the most hands-on, real-world experience possible. Every dollar would go toward building a stronger program, serving more students, and creating more healthcare professionals. This funding would not just grow Bloodline Academy, it would multiply our impact and change hundreds of lives for years to come.
