Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration is the power of imagination. Growing up, brands like Barbie and Hello Kitty created worlds where girls could dream big. I want Rosie to do the same for the next generation. I’m also inspired by entrepreneurs who built something meaningful from nothing. They remind me that big dreams start small, and with creativity, persistence, and belief, you can build something that touches millions of lives.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. Rosie isn’t just a notebook or doll—it represents creativity, confidence, and dreaming bigger. Every time I design a new character or idea, I imagine a young girl opening it and feeling inspired to write her dreams down. Knowing that something I create could encourage someone to believe in themselves keeps me pushing forward, even when building a business from scratch is challenging.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into growing Rosie into a global brand. The funds would help with product development, manufacturing, and bringing the Rosie dolls and notebooks to life at a larger scale. My goal is to create a collectible universe of characters that inspire creativity, confidence, and entrepreneurship in girls everywhere. This investment would help turn Rosie from a small startup dream into a brand that can reach millions.
