Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is leveraging the tangible aspects of life to unlock the intangible gifts of untapped potential in youth and beyond. My vision is to see, love, and empower others into the greatness that burns inside. As someone who did not feel seen, heard, or understood at a young age, my mission is to lead by example and inspire others leaders to do the same. The lost, the forgotten, the ones most have given up on, the ones who lack hope, are the ones who inspire me to Persevere!

How do you stay motivated?

I believe motivation is temporary and fades, so how I stay in motion is continue to set goals quarterly. I have coaches and mentors that hold me accountable to growth regardless of circumstance. I keep my why front of mind. When the why is big enough the obstacles are irrelevant. My motivation comes from my discipline in controlling the controllable’s. What would you do with the $25,000?

First I would give away 10% to a cause I believe in that provides a pathway for kids to attend a summer leadership and character development program. Then 30% of it would go to creating more of a safety net for my family so that I can be of service. The other 60% percent would go to creating a safe space and environment and programs for the youth and families we have the honor of serving. This money would impact my family and create a ripple effect beyond today and tomorrow of many other hearts!
