I've helped open two restaurants for other chefs. Neither made it five years. What would you do with the $25,000?

Two things make or break an aggregation network: who's in it and whether the infrastructure holds. Funds would go toward grower recruitment and hands-on training, securing a small staging space for aggregation and distribution, an industrial floor scale for accurate order fulfillment, and legal counsel to navigate Indiana's Home-Based Vendor law — protecting every grower and giving every chef confidence in what they're buying.
