Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

When I started my business, I was a Chef with a Business Degree that realized COVID was a terrible time to open a restaurant. I wanted to start a company where I could add value for others, people needed me more than I needed them, I could work around my 5 kids schedules, AND best of all - I could make more than my husband who does very well for himself. Mobile Notary was a unique way to make this happen but its been an incredible journey since I started the business in 2021.

How do you stay motivated?

I'm very task and goal orientated so I set goals and tasks that are achievable and then I reset the goal when I hit one.... I'm also in professional networking groups with people who are smarter than me who guide me, kick my butt and are constantly pushing me to be a better business owner and person. I'll also work for food so sometimes its get the task done so I can hurry up and meet someone for lunch, dinner or a midday snack.

What would you do with the $25,000?

As my little company grows and I add teammates, I realize that they need equipment that they cannot afford to be able to do this job. Printers, Scanners, Laptops, Paper, toner, and the list goes on. Since there are so few barriers to becoming a notary, I started a team but want to be able to provide grants to my teammates so they can get the necessary equipment to be able to do their jobs. Finding
