My inspiration in business comes from the students I work with every day. Seeing children struggle with reading, confidence, and feeling like they are “behind” has pushed me to build a tutoring program that meets them where they are and helps them rediscover their ability to learn. Every breakthrough moment when a child reads a word they once thought was impossible or begins to believe in themselves again, reminds me why I started. How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the relationships I build with the families and children I work with. What I do doesn’t feel like work to me because I genuinely love being part of my students’ growth. Many of the families I work with stay for years, which allows us to build strong bonds and trust over time. What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into expanding my educational program to create a small, personalized learning environment where students can receive more individualized support they often don’t get in traditional classrooms. My goal is to build a program that focuses not only on strong academic foundations, but also on hands-on learning, confidence-building, life stills, and social-emotional development. Many families today are searching for alternatives and I’m ready to help!
