Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My dad, John Reynolds, founder of AntennaGear, is the entrepreneur I admire most. He built his business from the ground up through hard work and resilience. More importantly, he’s the kind of person who would give you the coat off his back. He’s taught me that true success isn’t just about business. Its about character, generosity, and the courage to grow and reinvent yourself while staying true to your values. That’s what I admire most about him.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated because I truly love what I do. My work allows me to be creative while meeting and collaborating with so many incredible people. Every event and project is different, which keeps the excitement alive. I’m also motivated by my two young sons. I want them to grow up seeing what it looks like to pursue something you love and work hard to make it happen. Showing them that passion and persistence can build something meaningful inspires me every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won the $25,000, I would invest it into building our dream warehouse for my company on our 7 acres. It would be the perfect home for all of our event pieces and allow us to organize, expand, and grow. Having a dedicated space would help us operate more efficiently while continuing to create unforgettable experiences for our clients.
