Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is the community and the people in it. Every day I show up to my store wondering how I can serve my neighbors. How can Pressed Rose show up in a way that brings joy, connection, and support? I believe small businesses can create lasting impact, and it’s an honor to be a place where people feel seen, valued, and part of something meaningful.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by seeing my actions make a real difference. Brightening a neighbor’s day, supporting local makers and fellow businesses, creating magical moments at the store, and celebrating small wins. That keeps me energized, inspired, and excited to show up for my community every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won $25,000 for Pressed Rose, I’d invest it in the store to grow and better serve my customers and community. Every dollar would be thoughtfully used to continue creating joy and to make a lasting impact to allow Pressed Rose to continue to be a place of connection, warmth, and small-town magic for years to come. You can get things done with spirit and heart, but sometimes it takes a little money to take it to the next level!
