I’m inspired by the people doing the real work—the contractors, technicians, and operators who keep our world running but are often undervalued and underpaid. I’m also driven by leaders who build systems that create lasting impact, not just profit. My mission is to elevate the trades by restoring trust, transparency, and structure through technology and education.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the responsibility I carry to create real change. Every inefficiency, every contractor taken advantage of, and every broken system fuels me. I focus on execution, measurable progress, and the people we impact daily. Discipline, purpose, and vision keep me moving—especially when it’s hard.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would deploy the $25,000 directly into scaling impact—accelerating TrackItPro’s rollout, expanding outreach to contractors, and enhancing education through The Fix-It Queen Academy. This funding would help us reach more operators faster, implement systems that protect profit, and continue building infrastructure that restores trust across the trades.
