Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My brother Randy Hill and King of Pops first inspired me to launch Spiked Pops. As a Georgia State alumna, I share that passion for popsicles—just with a bold twist. Today, my inspiration has grown deeper: building a legacy with my husband, creating jobs, mentoring others, and supporting women’s initiatives in my community. I’m excited to grow, learn, and put in the work to scale this vision even further.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated through my faith in God and the unwavering support of my family. Their love grounds me, while the powerful testimonies of others remind me what’s possible when you persevere. Being surrounded by creatives and entrepreneurs in my community also fuels my drive—their passion, innovation, and resilience inspire me to keep pushing forward and building something meaningful.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25K to scale operations by securing a shared commercial kitchen space, obtaining proper licensing, and purchasing equipment to increase production. I would also hire one additional team member, for production support. With my mentor’s guidance, I would strengthen strategy and distribution. The goal is to pivot into e-commerce and adjust packaging to sell bundles of Spiked Pops, nationally.
