Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my own lived experience with mental health struggles and sexual trauma, and the resilience I witness in clients every day. As an LMHC and CCTP, I’m driven to break the stigma surrounding mental health by normalizing healing and expanding access to alternative, trauma-informed approaches like equine therapy.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated through the gratitude and humility I witness in the survivors I work with every day. Their resilience and stories of healing fuel my determination to break the stigma around therapy and mental health. Seeing real impact and transformation reminds me that this work matters and drives me to keep going.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to fully fund therapy services for individuals who might otherwise be unable to afford care. Expanding access to no-cost, specialized services like equine therapy would help improve mental wellness across the community, regardless of race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status, while reducing barriers and stigma around seeking support.
