Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by people who build businesses from real experience and solve real problems. My inspiration comes from seeing how many great restaurants struggle, not because the food isn’t good, but because the systems, training, and service aren’t strong enough. That pushes me to build something that helps businesses grow, operate better, and create experiences people actually remember.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering that what I’m building is bigger than me. I’ve worked in hospitality for years and I’ve seen firsthand what businesses need to succeed. Even when I feel nervous or unsure, I keep going because I know this idea can create real impact. Progress, purpose, and proving to myself that I can build something meaningful keeps me moving.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to officially launch and build my hospitality consulting business. That would include setting up my LLC, business banking, branding, website, and marketing materials, while also investing in client acquisition, training tools, and operational resources. I’d use it to create a strong foundation so I can start working with restaurants and small businesses in a real, professional way and begin generating sustainable income.
