Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my work as a Business Development Director in healthcare. Our healthcare system does incredible work treating illness, but it can only do so much. I was inspired to build something that supports people before they reach that point, healing the spirit, mind, and body. Good Deeds was created to bring communities together through kindness, connection, and purpose.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the impact our work can have on people and communities. Every volunteer hour, every act of kindness, and every connection made through Good Deeds has the potential to change someone’s day, or even their life. Knowing that we’re building something that inspires people to care for one another keeps me focused, energized, and committed to the mission every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If selected, we would invest the $25,000 into enhancing the Good Deeds platform. We are currently upgrading our technology to launch a CSR tool for enterprise corporations and a white-label solution for large national and global nonprofits. These tools will help organizations better manage, engage, and reward their volunteers and donors, scaling impact and making it easier for people everywhere to participate in doing good.
