Succinctly, my inspiration in business is to be the difference that makes a difference! Whether it's my consulting company, my book, SheEO vs CEO to help eradicate gender bias in the workforce, or just "BEING" within my community, talking with whoever wants to talk & hopefully inspiring progress within social, mental, or physical health, knowing, YOU COME FIRST! How can you help others if you are not making certain you are good? It's not being selfish, it's SELF-PRESERVATION!

I'm very spiritual! I know GOD got me so regardless of whatever happens to me I know if it's amazing its a blessing, and if it's challenging it's a lesson HE wants me to learn. So DAILY I tell myself, I GOT THIS! CUZ... GOD GOT ME! It is easier to say than enforce but once your faith switches from believing to knowing, the rest follows. I also find motivation in others who are striving! Watching their grind and knowing their story of success keeps me focused. I love collaborative economics!
