Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The inspiration is the amazing children as well as their families and caregivers who are extremely intelligent and well aware of what would make their lives better but their voices never get heard. Millions of expenditures wasted on top-down solutions which never make it down to the people who truly need enhancement and enrichment resources.

How do you stay motivated?

The drive and motivation is fueled by the continuous disasters that erupt in so many places which could've been prevented. Its so easy for someone who specializes in behavior science to determine how and why people reach their breaking point (which usually begin at poor systems). But the rest of society has no clue and the cycles simply repeat themselves too frequently. Look at where we are now. Something must be done to make simple positive adjustments that will have generational impact.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The investmentss would be used in a logic model fashion to secure skill building education, games, exercises, transportation, and documentation to legitimately execute, and measure the intended outcome for youth development pipeline prog. There are one-on-one safe space sessions, group workshops, a developmental youth program and two nonprofits 1 for students to have professional exposure and 2 early career exploration for youth. This will become a pipeline to secure academia and vocation.
