Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from visionary leaders like Berry Gordy, who built Motown into a global music movement by developing talent and creating opportunities for artists. As CEO of JATA X Soulful Entertainment, I’m also inspired by the artists I work with. Their passion, creativity, and dedication motivate me to build platforms that showcase talent, preserve the legacy of soul and R&B music, and create powerful live entertainment experiences for audiences.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on my purpose and the impact my work has on artists and audiences. Seeing talented performers grow, succeed, and connect with people through music drives me to keep pushing forward. As the CEO of JATA X Soulful Entertainment, I’m motivated by creating opportunities, producing memorable experiences, and continuing the legacy of great music that inspires communities.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I would invest it into expanding JATA X Soulful Entertainment by producing more live events, developing emerging artists, and increasing marketing to reach larger audiences. This funding would help create more performance opportunities, strengthen production quality, and build a platform that keeps soul and R&B music alive while giving talented artists the exposure they deserve.
