Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from witnessing what happens when families must make emotional and financial decisions because important conversations never happened. I’ve seen confusion at funeral homes, family disputes, and GoFundMe pages created overnight. It doesn’t have to be this way. Knowing that simple conversations and planning can replace confusion and financial stress with clarity, dignity, and peace motivates me to keep educating families—even when the topic is uncomfortable.

How do you stay motivated?

Death is the one experience all families will face, yet it remains one of the most avoided conversations. What motivates me? I know families can have a very different experience when someone passes—one with less confusion, less financial surprises, less conflict, and a better grief journey. When people understand that planning ahead protects their loved ones, everything changes. My motivation comes from helping families move from crisis and confusion to preparation and peace of mind.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If selected, I will lead a public awareness campaign to help families prepare before a crisis. Too often, loved ones are left overwhelmed, making emotional and financial decisions while grieving. Through education and community outreach, I will equip families with simple steps to create clarity, ease stress, and prevent conflict—so no family is left guessing when it matters most.
