My inspiration comes from the children and families I serve across Delaware. Witnessing both need and resilience drives me to create impactful programs, from Birthday in a Box to literacy, STEM, and community celebrations, that ensure every child is seen, valued, and given moments of joy that matter
How do you stay motivated?I stay motivated by the impact I see in real time. Every smile, every family supported, and every child celebrated reminds me why this work matters. Even on hard days, knowing that what I build creates joy, access, and meaningful experiences for others keeps me going.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000, I would expand A&Y Birthday Blessings programs across Delaware by increasing Birthday in a Box distributions, enhancing STEM and literacy initiatives, and hosting larger community celebrations. Funding would also support our resource hub, allowing us to connect more families to essential services while building sustainable, community-driven impact.
