My inspiration comes from the women who shaped me. My mother modeled determination and excellence in business. How do you stay motivated?

My motivation comes from a heart of service and a desire to honor Christ through my work. I feel most fulfilled when I am able to give and help others. The smiles and gratitude of the people I serve remind me that I am walking in my purpose. Knowing that my work improves someone’s life fuels my commitment to keep building businesses centered on care, dignity, and service.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to launch Nana’s House, a housing and development home for girls ages 16–21 transitioning out of foster care in Detroit. The home will provide safe housing along with life-skills workshops, mentorship, and training in communication, professional dress, presentation, resume building, and interviewing. Residents will also receive help enrolling in college or trade programs and access to a content creator room to explore entrepreneurship and digital careers.
