Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My dad has always been my biggest inspiration. He worked incredibly hard and showed me the value of dedication, but I also saw how life can make people give up on their dreams too soon. That experience motivates me to keep going, build something meaningful, and push myself further. A big part of that drive is wanting to take care of my parents and give back for everything they did for me.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by reminding myself that no one else is responsible for building the life I want. No one is coming to save you, and circumstances can change at any time. If I want something better, I have to show up, stay disciplined, and put in the work. That mindset keeps me accountable and focused, especially on the days when things feel uncertain or difficult. It’s what pushes me to keep moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into strategic marketing, equipment, and operational systems that allow my company to scale and secure larger commercial contracts. My goal is to grow responsibly while creating stable opportunities for others and continuing to raise the standard of professionalism and pride within the service industry. I believe service-based businesses deserve the same level of respect, structure, and excellence as any other industry.
