Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the families and older adults who simply want to maintain their independence and dignity at home. I’ve seen how meaningful compassionate support can be during vulnerable moments in life. That understanding drives my commitment to build a home care service that families can trust in. Empower Home Care was created to ensure that care is not only reliable, but also respectful, personal, and centered on well being of every individual we serve.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering the purpose behind the work, knowing that Empower Home Care can make a real difference in the lives of older adults, and their families help keeps me focused. Entrepreneurship has its challenges, but staying connected to the mission of providing compassionate, dependable care helps me remain committed, discipline, and driven to keep building something meaningful for the community.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, I would invest it into expanding empower Home care by strengthening caregiver recruitment, training, and community outreach. The funding will help us reach more families who need dependable, in-home support, improve operational resources, and continue building a service that prioritize dignity, compassion, and quality care for older adults in the communities we serve.
