After surviving postpartum depression and witnessing the same silent struggle among the families I served, I founded a nonprofit to close the critical gap between hospital discharge and the six-week postpartum visit. We restore what modern motherhood often lacks: education, rest, nourishment, and community. Because when mothers are supported in healing, families thrive and generational wellness begins.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the mothers who remind me why this work matters. One in five experience perinatal mental health disorders, and lack of support fuels the U.S.'s high maternal mortality. Many enter motherhood without rest, guidance, or community. I am driven to create a space where support is accessible to all mothers, so families heal, mothers thrive, and generational wellness flourishes.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, I would strengthen the nonprofit's capital foundation and expand postpartum education, mental health support, and restorative care. Perinatal mental health affects one in five mothers and contributes to over 20% of pregnancy-related deaths, many preventable. This funding would create accessible support and healing resources, helping more mothers recover, thrive, and transition safely into motherhood.
