People and workplace culture are where I begin. You can feel when it’s working, and you definitely know when it’s not. I’ve witnessed small businesses and startups lose incredible talent because there was no structure, no clarity, and no one guiding things in the right direction. Leaders burned out, teams fell apart, and cultures collapsed before they ever had a chance to grow. That never sat right with me, so I made it my mission to do something about it by helping build good

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated because this work is not theoretical for me. I have been the HR leader walking into dysfunction and transforming into better. I understand the real cost when organizations fail their people. Every founder I help reminds me why I started, and every team that finally gets the support they deserved proves the model works. This is my inspiration. I just need to see the workplace culture shift because I was the right help.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 would be used to scale the impact of HRCG. 60% would go toward developing the HRCG Consulting Hub, a digital platform designed to give startups and small businesses access to the same level of HR strategy as larger organizations. The remaining 40% would support outreach to women founders and community organizations that need fractional HR support but have not had access to it. The foundation is already in place. This investment would accelerate what is working and expand our reach.
