Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My lived experience. I am a certified peer specialist and I have learned how to properly manage my treatment so my recovery stays on track myself. I have overcome a lot and help others who may be experiencing what I been through and thus we have a very high success rate here. We specialize in the healing of entire families not just our residents. Our testimonial page of our website says it all. Iel been helping these folks for the last 10 years...

How do you stay motivated?

Seeing our residents gain a new lease on life and the healing of their families is very empowering for me personally.. Seeing them have a nice place to live and how they appreciate their home and our program is inspiring. Most of my people were homeless and walking the streets with untreated mental health challenges and now they show great appreciation. We give these folks a hand up and teach them how to take care of themselves and put them in treatment program and have structure to help them

What would you do with the $25,000?

We need one of our deck replaced in one of ourn6 homes and fence repairs in others. We had this deck built 3 yesrs ago and its condemned already..rotting away because the builder used substandard materials. My men can use it. Its a place where they take breaks and have up building conversations and been out of use for 2 months now. Also we need some of the appliances repaired. Washers and dryers & some furniture from ordinary wear and tear.
