How do you stay motivated?

With so much passion for holistic mental wellness without side effects, do I need extra motivation? Purpose, passion and adding a little fun to the mix keep me going. Small wins, big impact, and real stories of lives improving while adding value to the bottomline. I celebrate progress (even the messy kind), surround myself with inspiring mentors and reset with meditation, yoga, dancing, strategizing and inner peace when needed. And honestly?
