Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is God. His plan for my life is what drives me — every company, every deal, every decision. I surround myself with people who also put God first and surrender to His plan. When you operate from that place, fear doesn't get a seat at the table. Just faith and forward motion.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by listening — really listening — to God's insights and direction. Letting miracles unfold on His timing, not mine. Living in Orange County, one of the most beautiful coastal markets in the world, keeps me grounded. The weather, the ocean, the energy — it feeds my soul. So does taking care of my body and mind. When all three are aligned, there's nothing I can't build.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Invest it. Strategically. $25K goes into marketing infrastructure for PIR Commercial Realty's launch — because visibility creates deals. I'd also allocate toward Real Estate Gateway's growth engine, putting agents in front of a community that actually moves their business. Every dollar has a job. That's how you build an empire on purpose.
