Who or what is your inspiration in business?

To help men and women optimize their health by transformational coaching with custom nutrition, custom movement and mindset coaching. Our team also uses multiple healing modalities to address underlying issues to maintain the transformation. We lead with education and ensure our clients are thriving and have a new set tools in their toolboxes to maintain their new health forever. My end goal is to build custom programs for children and parents of domestic violence divorce (any childhood trauma)

How do you stay motivated?

I’m driven by my “why” which is to help people optimize through whatever means necessary life their best lives. I know I was honored to be put on this planet to help people thrive not survive my store of trauma and learning has been a blessing which has given me the tools necessary to relate, connect and coach people with authenticity and vulnerability. My team also is AMAZING and they inspire me

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would improve our systems and software for fulfillment and coaching, as well as invest in marketing and advertising efforts to reach more people to help
