Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the people around me. In college, I saw how many talented friends were afraid to put themselves out there. That’s when it clicked, I’m meant to help people share their gifts with the world. Whether it’s connecting people or helping artists record at my studio, I love opening doors. I hope one day my kids can look back and see that their mom helped people believe in themselves.

How do you stay motivated?

Creating experiences and building meaningful relationships keeps me motivated. Watching people connect, gain confidence, and share their talents gives me so much energy. When you’re helping others grow and creating opportunities together, the work never feels draining, it’s something I could do every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest it into my team. Everything I believe about business starts with people. I would use the funds to bring my employees to high-level networking events so they can build relationships, learn from great leaders, and see bigger opportunities for themselves. When people feel supported and inspired, they become the best version of themselves and that impact reaches everyone they serve.
