Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the people I’ve worked with over the years. In HR I saw incredibly talented people overlooked, underpaid, or unsure how to advocate for themselves. At the same time, I saw businesses struggling because they lacked the right structure or leadership support. That pushed me to build Elevate Consulting so I could help both. When people grow and organizations are built the right way, everyone wins.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the real results I see in people’s lives and businesses. When someone I coach finally gets the promotion they’ve been working toward, or when a company I support builds a stronger team and culture, it reminds me why I started. I also believe growth requires discipline. I stay focused on the bigger vision of creating opportunities for others to grow, lead, and build better workplace

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the funding into expanding Elevate Consulting so we can reach more professionals and small businesses. A portion would go toward building online tools and programs that help people grow in their careers. Another portion would support scholarships for individuals who cannot afford coaching. The rest would help strengthen our business infrastructure so we can support more organizations in building strong teams and leadership structures.
