Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I growth up in Alabama, I learn how to cook outside on a wooden stove under a China berry tree, with my aunt Laura,with a nod and a shake to season food while she looked on. My aunt Laura didn't know that she put a spark in me to cook, I created Addielee's Gourmet Chicken patties, for my daughter daycare, they live fried chicken, we decider that fried food was good for the kid,so pull out my fresh herbs and spices and chicken.the kids loved them so much including their parents.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by, cooking, reading and listening to good Ole gospel music and making people's laugh. Always keeping myself doing new things, life only come once, i would like to say i was part of it., and did the things that i liked to do. Take my joy wherever I go. My mother a strong lady, who provided for her 5 boys and 2 girls she was pregnant with my baby brother, when my father was hung,so I am try to take her name around the world with my Addielee's Chicken patties.I name them after h

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the money to continue to build Addielee's Gourmet Chicken Burgers, to go in schools and supermarkets, and Restarant s around the world, so people's can eat a little better, on bun,with mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce, tomato,red onion or sweet onion. For Soccer moms and dad's that are on the go so they can spend quality time with their family. 7min on each sides.
